We chose to name this coffee after Paul in his writings in the book of Galatians. This verse is a testament of persistence. After much practice and some failed attempts, this was the first roast Derrick perfected for SheBrews. Proof that persistence pays off , whether it be in our faith journey or in our day to day trials. This serves as reminder for us not to give up when God calls you to something despite difficulties!
