As we read throughout Psalms, David was no stranger to the feeling of darkness. This never stopped him from trusting the Lord. He was loyal and faithful to The One he knew who could redeem him. When naming our dark roast after this verse, it was no coincidence that we were reminded of a loyal customer who happens to share the name.
